Infant Massage Classes

Infant massage deepens the bonding process and has wonderful health benefits for the whole family. It’s a great skill to have in your parenting tool kit now and throughout your child’s life.

In the four-week series you will learn strokes and gentle stretches for the entire body, including techniques to help with colic, constipation, and teething. We will discuss how massage positively effects development and how to adapt massage to the growing child and create a family tradition of nurturing touch.
