Heidi Rahlmann Plumb, CMT, CIM

I was certified as a massage therapist in 1999. I have a general practice
(I work on anyone who has ever been a baby), but specialize in prenatal, athletes, and stressed out parents.

My work has a swedish foundation that is laced with a unique blend of additional modalities. My dedication to continuing education, along with
a love of anatomy and physiology, and a healthy dose of intuition informs
my process. I use deep tissue techniques when needed, but sometimes a lighter touch will achieve better results.

Whether you need to address a chronic condition or just simply relax,
you will leave your massage feeling calm, energized, and happy.
